The video - posted hours before a royal decree allowing #KSA Women in the Kingdom was announced late on the 26-September-2017 night - has attracted many shared and views on social media. Tuesday's decree has ordered that a Governmental body be set up to give advice within 30 days and that the decree is implemented by in 9-month period.
